Laura Wright has joined with Resorts West Escrow to open its new location in the Village. Centrally located upstairs at 40588 Village Drive, Suite B, Resorts West Escrow, Inc. is an independent, full-service escrow company licensed by the State of California’s Department of Corporations.

As a licensed escrow company, Resorts West Escrow, Inc. is a member of Escrow Agents’ Fidelity Corporation, which provides a $5.0 million fidelity bond to protect consumer funds held in escrow. “Finding and trusting an escrow company to safeguard your funds and to ensure that all instructions are met in your real estate transaction can be a difficult decision”, says Wright, Senior Escrow Officer and Manager. “The stringent requirements by the Department of Corporations mean Resorts West Escrow, Inc. has met the highest standards in the industry and is capable of doing just that.”

Ms. Wright has been an escrow officer since 1988 and has serviced the Big Bear Valley since 1991.
